The alumni of BBM Mahavidyalaya Okri, Jehanabad was established in the year 1983 AD by the efforts of Dr. Mahendra Prasad, resident of Govindpur, the current MP (Rajya Sabha, New Delhi)'s revered Mataji, Mrs. Mulukrani Devi. This college is located away from the noisy atmosphere of the city and is located in a remote rural area at Okri on the northern left of the Niranjana River (Phalgu). This college is located on Masauri-Telhara Road SH-100 in Village Okri. The academic environment here is unique and exemplary in itself. Due to the presence of qualified and experienced teachers, proper education is easily available to the students here.

The alumni of For the people living below the poverty line in the rural environment, thinking of providing higher education to their children especially girl students is a historic step of Pujniya Mataji. Despite being an affiliated college, it maintains a distinct identity in Magadha University.

The current honorable MP Dr. Mahendra Prasad is its patron. MP Anuj, Shri Umesh Sharma alias Bhola Babu is the President of this college and Shri Rajnandan Sharma as Secretary. Under the proper guidance of the governing body, this institution is constantly moving towards weaving new heights.

The grand building of the college is the center of attraction. The 8 feet high wall and granite exit gate around the campus is quite attractive.

The idol of Pujniya Mata Mulukrani Devi made of white stones of Makrana and the temple made of red stones are visible to the people of this area. The other resources of the college, library, laboratory are capable of inculcating interest in education among the students.
